We want you to be satisfied with the products you buy from us. If you are not happy with the goods you have purchased for any reason, please refer to our Return Policy and follow the returns process. Some products are ordered direct from the manufacturer. Returns to some of these manufacturers can incur a restocking fee (the percentage depends on the manufacturer).
- Return of products acceptable under any of the following condition.
- When products delivered are in defective or damaged condition.
- When wrong product was received from what was ordered.
- When there is any manufacturing defect.
- In case of personalised order, we will not entertain any cancellation request.
- In three of the above cases, we will completely refund the money once the products are returned to the origin. On your request, we will exchange that product with a new product.
- In case of personalised products if material returns back to origin due to non serviceable area then we will try to reship the order through alternate courier whose services PenPaperOffice is availing. But incase no such courier is available with PenPaperOffice then request will be made for alternate serviceable address.
- Please inspect all goods carefully on delivery and immediately inform our customer service if you detect any damages or defects within 48 business hours of receiving the order.
- In other cases, if your shipment is lost by third party logistics provider we will refund your money or on your request replacement product will be shipped to you in next 2 business days.
- Please note that the product should be unused and tags should not be removed and it should be sent back along with original box and invoice within 2 business days.
